Church of St. Uriel the Archangel Sea Girt, New Jersey

St. Uriel’s is blessed with a very gifted and talented Flower Guild.  The Flower Guild is responsible for preparing the floral decorations for the church sanctuary and chapels in keeping with the Liturgical Calendar.  The Guild also supervises the placement of arrangements for all weddings and funerals.  While flowers are purchased from area florists, our floral arrangers design their own arrangements.  

 

After the Wednesday morning Mass, the floral arrangements are dismantled and smaller arrangements are made, which then are delivered to our homebound parishioners. We are always looking for new members to serve on the Flower Guild.  All a person needs is a desire to participate - No floral experience is required!
